Mon - Fri: 9am-5pm
(Drop offs must be before 1pm)

Sat: 9am - 12pm

Sun: 12pm-4pm (Only for pick-ups. We do not take admissions on a Sunday)

Public Holidays: Office Closed (some Public Holidays the office is open between 2pm & 4pm but pickup during these hours is charged the same as if they stay overnight)

Australia Day 2025: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on the Sunday the 26th and Monday the 27th.

Labour Day: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on the Sunday and the Monday.

ANZAC Day 2025: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on Friday the 25th, Anzac Day & Saturday the 26th
Kings Birthday: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on the Sunday and the Monday 

Grand Final Public Holiday Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on the Friday and the Saturday

Melbourne Cup: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs on the Sunday & Monday before Cup Day and only open between 2pm & 4pm on Tuesday for pick ups
Xmas & New Years 2025/26: Office Closed for Pick-ups and Drop-offs, 25th, 26th, 27th and 28th of Dec 2025 and also Jan 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
Contact us for other hours by arrangement.

Inspections: Inspections are by appointment Monday through Saturday, excluding Public Holidays and other peak times such as school holidays.
